Q: How do I cancel?

Q: I have tried to cancel through the link but I'm not sure if it has been accepted?
A: Just send us your username + the last 8 digits of your credit card to admin@clubseventeen.com and we will check in our system if the procedure has been succesfull.

Q: I would like to change my membership into a 30 or 90 days subscription.
A: Send us your username and the last 8 digits to admin@clubseventeen.com and we will change it for you.

Q: My credit card expired this month but I really would like to stay a member?
A: Just send your username and the last 8 digits of your credit card + your new credit card information to admin@clubseventeen.com

Q: I no longer have a credit card but I still wish to stay a member.
A: No worries, we have the following options for you:

1. Send us a Bankers cheque for the requested amount. Please note this option is only for a 90 days or yearly membership. Here's our address

Email us your desired password and a 6 digits membername to admin@clubseventeen.com. Once we received your payment, we will activate your membership and confirm this by e-mail. From that moment on you will be able to enter our site.

For Dutch people: Als u geen Credit Card heeft kunt u ook rechtstreeks aan ons betalen. U kunt voor een periode van 30 of 90 dagen dagen lid worden. Maak het bedrag dat benodigd is voor de site over en e-mail ons vervolgens het gewenste paswoord en gebruikersnaam (admin@clubseventeen.com).

Q: Under which name will my credit card be charged?
A: We appear for Mastercard statements under the neutral name "www.imcbill.com". And for Visa Card statements under the neutral name www.imcbill.com

Technical Questions

Q: I am unable to log in?
A: Just contact our error department at admin@clubseventeen.com and they will guide you through the needed steps.

Q: I have problems with viewing the Chat?
A: Our Chat uses a JAVA applet to stream the Live-feed into your browser. In order to see the Chat you need to have a JAVA compatible browser and it has to be enabled in your browser options.

In case you don't see any Live-feed ask your provider if they can open port 2045, 2047 and 2074 in the Firewall or Proxy server. The applet uses these ports to send the Live-feed and the sound to your browser.

Unless they are open you will not be able to see the Chat. If you have a mac try netscape.

Questions about the live chat section

Operators:

Interaction: You can be an active participant instead of an passive viewer! The hostesses can relay all your questions and wishes to the girls currently in the studios. Depending on what you ask and if the girl in question is prepared to do it, your wishes can really come true...just ask!

Private Chat:

Misbehaviour: The operators can issue a first-time warning to users when they misbehave or insult other users. If the user still keeps on misbehaving the operator can remove this person from the chat. If the user keeps on misbehaving over a long period of time the operator can ban the user which means that the user may not enter the seventeenlive chat ever again...so please be nice!

Presents: The girls in the chatroom work hard to make sure you have a great time and now you can personaly thank them for it through our giftshop. Choose a present and then the chatgirl you want to give it to and she will recieve your gift within a week and send you a personal thank-you note!

Q: I keep getting a "Security Check Failure"in the live chat?
A: This could happen if you are running certain security applications such as virus scanners or firewalls. Please deactivate all these applications before you enter the site.

Q: I am using a Mac with Netscape and the Chat screen remains grey?
A: Please install Internet Explorer on your computer. This should do the trick.

Q: How often is this site updated?
A: Our site is updated with two new items every day, 7 days per week.

Q: How old are the girls?
A: All our models are of International Legal Age of 18 years and up at the time they were depicted or filmed.

Q: Where can I find information about my favorite Seventeen model?
A: You can find her in the modeldirectory. We have an alphabetic list of all our Seventeen models.

Q: I would like to see special pictures, for example red head girls masturbating?
A: If you have special request and it is not on our site, go the "Special Request" item and write an e-mail to venus@clubseventeen.com. She will arrange it for you if she has that particular material.

Q: How do the girls become a model?
A: Girls from all over the world write, phone or e-mail us all the time, and within a couple of days they are in one of our studios making test shots! Ofcourse we only select the best models for you. All the girls who weren't good enough are in our Sorry Corner.

Q: I'm a man. Can I be a model?
A: Not unless you bring a goodlooking girlfriend as well! Seriously, we get hundreds of requests every day from boys and men who want to pose with one of our girls. At the same time, the girls usually bring their own boyfriends with them, so there's not much chance - in fact, no chance at all - for a single man to end up in our studio.

Q: Do you still need female editors?
